Supercell has just released their biggest update for "Clash of Clans." The anticipated update features Town Hall 11 and several other features that gamers are looking forward to experience. Unfortunately, not everything went well, many were disappointed and even hated the personal break imposed on the update.
Parent Herald previously reported that "Clash of Clans" players found several issues on the game's personal breaks. Yibada stressed that players were penalized for a few minutes after three hours of unprotected cumulative online time. The timer automatically resets after receiving a shield or if the player has not been attacked for 30 minutes.
If gamers failed to get shields due to constant attack, the counter continues to rise without being reset. The addition of the new Village Guard, which was initially designed to sustain the village when the gamer is away, makes things even more difficult. When the Village Guard is active for 30 minutes, the allocation time continues to count towards the three-hour limit.
Unfortunately, given this setting, there's a big possibility that by the time the player is ready to log in, he or she will be forced to take a personal break for reaching the time limit. For those who love to check Clash throughout the day or engage in chitchats with their clan members, these small activities also add to the ceiling time for personal breaks.
Per GottaBeMobile, since the biggest "Clash of Clans" update arrived, the game's forum was plagued with a number of complaints. The complaints include users not being able to play, game crashing, loot being hard to find and more.
The recent "Clash of Clans" update turned to be detrimental to the game. However, Supercell is determined to keep their fans and players. In their forum, the team announced that they would be releasing updates today and it will cover the following:
- Fixed a bug in Personal Break System
- Personal Break online-time limit has been increased to four hours (was 3 hours)
- Personal Break limit will reset after 15 minutes offline without Shield or Guard
- Personal Break limit extension is now 30 minutes (was 15 minutes)
- Below Champion: 30 minutes Guard (was 15 minutes)
- Updated clan war matchmaking parameters for Town Hall 9 to Town Hall 11
- Fixed bug that allow exceeding limit of donated Clan Spells
- Skeleton hit points decreased
- Grand warden ground/air mode is now correctly saved
- Free Guard when Shield expires has been increased for all leagues
