Kate Hudson and Son Ryder Joke About NFL Rivalry: ‘Love Has Boundaries’

Football is one of the biggest sports in America, so it comes as no surprise that even members of the same family would end up supporting opposing teams. This applies to Kate Hudson and her son Ryder who support the Denver Broncos and the Cincinnati Bengals respectively.

36-year old Hudson shared a photo on her official Instagram account with the caption "Love has boundaries." The photo shows Hudson wearing a onesie donned with name and logo of the team she supports, the Denver Broncos. On the other hand, her son Ryder is wearing a onesie of the Cincinnati Bengals. Both Kate and Ryder also wore beanies from the respective teams they support.

Although both of the onesies looked alike at first glance, with both being navy blue, they certainly show a friendly divide in the Hudson family. The game between the Broncos and the Bengals was a close fought affair. Unfortunately for Ryder; however, the Bengals lost to the Broncos in overtime.

The rivalry between mother and son hopefully harbors no hard feelings. Hudson's social media accounts, especially her Instagram, show how cool of a mother she is to Ryder. There are photos of her son with bright colored haircuts. There is also a video of Ryder dancing in a bear costume to celebrate Halloween.

"The actress is spending her Christmas holiday in Aspen, Colorado joined by mother Goldie Hawn along with Kurt Russell, Melanie Griffith, Dakota Johnson and Erin Foster," according to the Daily Mail. Her ex-fiance Matt Bellamy also reportedly paid a visit. Hudson and Bellamy have a four-year-old son together, Bingham, who also visited her mother for the holidays."

Hudson and Bellamy remain cordial with each other for the sake of their children. "From our #ModernFamily to your #WhateverKindaFamilyIsYourKindaFamily we send you much love and blessings on this Christmas Eve," wrote Hudson in a recent Instagram post featuring Bellamy.
