"The Walking Dead" treated its fans before the clock hits 12 midnight for New Year. The popular American TV series released its first-ever promo video for the midseason premiere of Season 6.
"I thought living behind these walls was possible," Rick (Andrew Lincoln) stated in the new trailer. "I was wrong."
The teaser of the forthcoming new episodes started where several fans were left off. Rick endeavored to lead a small assemblage from the house of Jessie (Alexandra Breckenridge) into the walker-infested streets of Alexandria. However, the trailer hinted that the group will not be able to pass through easily despite their guts to mask their smell. As a matter of fact, both Rick and Michonne (Danai Gurira) were seen combating off the walkers alongside each other.
Moreover, another new trailer from the second half of Season 6 showed Glenn (Steven Yeun) with a gun within the walls of Alexandria. He was spotted watching Enid (Katelyn Nacon) from a distance when the wall fell, but he seemed ready to fight off the walkers to save Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and the unborn infant. In another teaser clip, Maggie was seen screaming for her husband.
Meanwhile, another video of Daryl (Norman Reedus), Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) and Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) came out. It was revealed there that the trio were not lucky enough of running into a new assemblage of survivors who were eyeing to steal their supplies, weapons and handy-dandy truck.
"You're property now belongs to Negan," a furtive man stated in the teaser clip. Moreover, new videos showed the leader of the group cocking his gun and disarming Daryl.
To recall, International Design Times previously reported that Maggie won't longer stay for Glenn. "If he's alive, he needs my help. If he's dead, I don't want to be waiting on him," she told Aaron (Ross Marquand).
Arron held himself responsible himself for leaving photographs behind that directed the Wolves to their area and for leading Maggie to escape the walkers through a sewer under the wall. However, as it turned out, it was not the best way to get out since they were greeted with two zombies and a pack of walkers at the end of the channel.
"The Walking Dead" Season 6 will return to small screens with new episodes on Feb. 14, 2016.
