Prince William News: Duke Of Cambridge Worries Not Being Around To See George, Charlotte Grow Up

Many people dream of working as a diplomat as that kind of job allows them to travel all over the world. However, that job does come with its lower points, like for Prince William who would have to be away from his young children for extended periods of time.

The Duke of Cambridge only recently had his second child with wife Kate. Prince William has been travelling all over the world for the longest time, but he says he is now beginning to become emotional whenever he does so. He does travel with his 3-year old son George and 7-month old daughter Charlotte, but he cannot do so very often.

The Prince has said that fatherhood has changed his view on a lot of things, as stated in Us Weekly and OK! Magazine. "You get affected by things that happen around the world or whatever a lot more, I think, as a father, just because you realize how precious life is and it puts it all in perspective, the idea of not being around to see your children grow up and stuff like that," the Prince said in an interview with Ant and Dec.

When they were still young, William and his younger brother Harry lost their mother Princess Diana in an unfortunate accident. He states that she still had a big impact on who they are today. However, Prince William states that he is troubled by the thought of not being able to see his own children grow up.

Prince William's interview along with his brother Prince Harry is set to air on Jan. 4 in the United Kingdom. In the interview, they talk to Ant and Dec and share stories about their childhood and growing up, while William shares more stories about his experiences as a father of two children.
