Several dedicated gamers of the popular "Clash of Clans" expressed their disappointments about the newest update. The "CoC" Town Hall 11 update received backlash from players who were pissed about its loot farming issues.
Design & Trend reported that diehard "Clash of Clans" personality Chief Pat is also starting to lose faith with the game despite the very fact that he has a close relationship with the Finnish mobile developer. "CoC" fans started lashing out the game since its December patch wherein free shields were no longer being offered when town halls are destroyed.
"This change essentially means that it's no longer possible to sacrifice one to get a shield and farm for loot," the entertainment news outlet stated in its report. "Instead, a certain percentage of one's base must be destroyed to earn shields of varying time increments."
"Clash of Clans" players now find it very hard to stop attacks and collect resources since it is no longer possible to sacrifice one to get a shield and farm for a loot, which is vital to clan strength. According to Pat, his clan's loot farming takes 25 percent longer to accrue the same amount of goods, which means that those leveled up to Town Hall 11 will have to wait even longer.
Aside from the fact that the issue causes more time investment from players, it also makes the upgrade for resources much more difficult. Expensive upgrades were easy to have access when it was easy to accrue loot by placing town halls outside the base, but everything turned upside down when the update was made.
However, despite all the clamor the "Clash of Clans" Town Hall 11 update caused, Supercell remained silent. Though there were small adjustment have been made, nothing has been done to address these glaring loot failings.
Meanwhile, Pat described that the negligence as the "darkest time" in the history if "Clash of Clans." "It feels like breaking up with a girlfriend who you've trusted for three years," he said in his most recent video. "I've been mega let down by Supercell as a company."
