Celebrities have always been good in keeping their body healthy and in proper shape; this is why we could all learn a thing or two from them when it comes to their dieting secrets. The perfect couple who everybody could steal their secrets about this matter is none other than professional football player Tom Brady and international supermodel Gisele Bündchen.
Boston.com recently got a hold of the couple's personal chef Allan Campbell, revealing their diet secret and, apparently, it is not something a lot of people would call fun. Campbell revealed the two's diet compose of mostly vegetables and whole grains. That is something not a lot of people would appreciate with their taste buds. The couple also enjoys eating lean meats like free-range cows, duck, chicken and they love wild salmon for their fish.
Yes, it is true that 80% of what the couple eats is vegetable but there are some that Brady doesn't eat at all, according to People Magazine. Campbell continued to tell the publication the other vegetables that Brady doesn't eat and among them are nightshades since he knows they are not anti-inflammatory. "So no tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, or eggplants. Tomatoes trickle in every now and then, but just maybe once a month," the chef added.
Here is another interesting thing that many would be surprised that are not included in the couple's diet: white sugar. Most Americans can't live without white sugar but this couple has completely omitted that in their lifestyle. Food with MSG, caffeine and even dairy products are not welcome in the Bündchen-Brady household.
The couple is very strict when it comes to their diet, but it doesn't mean they can't have fun having sugar in their lifestyle. In fact, Brady opened up to People Magazine saying biscuits are a must in their family during the holidays.
