Lots of new characters are coming and also a lot of the old casts are about to die on this much-awaited 9th midseason premiere. However, according to Vanity Fair, the whole massacre story is completely necessary to give way for the new casts. The only question is, who are the old faces that won't be seen anymore?
As published by The Inquisitr, here's a quick recap of episode 9's finale. The scene was Rick, Carl, Jessie and the kids along with Sam and Ron were trying to get out of Alexandria. It was a nightmare because they were surrounded by zombies and Sam was last scene yelling his mother's name. They were trying to still fool the zombies that they are just like them, but the zombies are getting wiser that they are no longer believing the deception.
The new cast this new season will make the whole story even more chaotic. Two groups will be formed one is called the Saviors and the other is the Hilltop Colony.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan will join the show as Negan, who is the leader of the first group. Meanwhile, according to E! Online, the latter group will be played by Xander Berkeley, as he takes over the character of Gregory. Berkeley used to be "Red John" of the hit murder mystery series, "The Mentalist."
