Every girl dreams of a wedding proposal that would sweep her off her feet. Like some scene of a fairy tale or movie, she managed to picture in her head since she was still a little girl. To Hayley, it was a surprise proposal she never knew she helped plan out.
Her boyfriend Tyson wanted to propose to her but had no idea how. He then had this brilliant idea to let her plan her own wedding proposal without her knowing.
Disguised as a surprise for Tyson's birthday, his mother called up Hayley to help organize the party. She was excited about the idea and invited all her friends not knowing that it was actually Tyson and his friends who set it up.
On the day of the surprise, Hayley and Tyson went out to dinner where she blindfolded him to take him there. When the blindfold came off, she was glad that he was indeed surprised. His mother then invited all of them to play pin the tail on the donkey and asked her to go first.
"While I was blindfolded it seemed a little weird because everyone was kind of quiet and I kept seeing lights turn on and off. Then I started to get frustrated because I felt like I was blindfolded for ten minutes!" Hayley said, as posted on How He Asked.
That's when the fairytale moment happened. Hayley heard a guitar playing then she took off the blindfold and was surprised to see Tyson singing Kip Moore's "Hey Pretty Girl". Her surprise had backfired on her. By the end of the song, he got down on one knee with a ring and asked for her hand in marriage. She said yes of course!
