Isla Fisher Not Interested in lead Roles; Motherhood Her top Priority

Actress Isla Fisher confessed she had stopped accepting leas roles. The reason? Her two little children.

In an interview to OMG, Fisher said that she was extremely "cautious" about the roles she accepts nowadays. The Australian actress, who was recently seen in "The Great Gatsby", discussed how fortunate she was to spend time with her children.

"I'm very cautious about what I take, I don't take the lead role - I'm never interested in being the lead role in anything, - In the Great Gatsby, I only worked for 10 days and in this movie (Now You See Me) I worked 29 or 31 days and they were very spread out," she said. "So actually I am very fortunate that I get to spend way more time with my family than other working mums - so I can't complain!"

The 37-year-old actress is mother to two daughters; Olive Baron Cohen and Elula Lottie Miriam Cohen with husband Sacha Baron Cohen.

Fisher also admitted that motherhood was a priority over acting. She told The Examiner that motherhood was her favourite topic. "Motherhood is my favorite topic, personally. But I don't discuss it professionally because she (then Olive, her only daughter) did not choose to be in the business. She is not an actress and she has the right to privacy. I have not worked for eight months and I have been able to focus on being a mom."
