Jennifer Aniston Admits She Wants to Try The Taco Cleanse; But Still Admits To Being Skeptical At First

Jennifer Anniston admits in an interview that she's willing to try the latest fad diet sweeping Hollywood - the 'Taco Cleanse'. The actress, also known for her gorgeous body, was heard saying "I'm riveted (by the Taco Cleanse). It's interesting."

Last Thursday, Jennifer Anniston was interviewed by Yahoo! Food for being the new ambassador of Smartwater's sparkling water. The actress also opened up about healthy eating and the latest diet fads she has discovered. One of them was 'Taco Cleanse' - based on a new cookbook written by four self-proclaimed 'taco scientists' from Texas.

According to the book, "The Taco Cleanse: The Tortilla-Based Diet Proven to Change Your Life," 'Taco Cleanse' involves eating tacos for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day for 30 days straight. Unfortunately for meat lovers, the diet is totally vegan.

The 'Taco Cleanse' embraces corn tortillas, refried beans, and guacamole. The book is part recipes and spiritual guide, added with some cheeky humor. It even claims 're-aligning your chakras into an optimal taco shape!'

The Hollywood actress admits to being skeptical at first, saying "Isn't the corn tortilla, like, not that good for you?" Nevertheless, she wants to explore the diet plan further, saying "I already ordered the book on Amazon!" The actress also confessed on working on a cookbook for people who struggle with dieting.

Jennifer's definitely not a stranger to balanced and healthy meals. Her daily diet is one of the most sought-after in Hollywood. She's a fan of wheat toast with a poached egg, avocado, and tomatoes, as well as a Bulgar salad with chickpeas and vegetables.

Jennifer has expressed her love for Mexican food before. The actress has also been spotted dining regularly at Marix Tex Mex Cafe in West Hollywood. We won't be surprised to see paparazzi pictures of her noshing a veggie taco anytime soon!
