Two food items are reportedly the favorite of Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge who is in her last stage of pregnancy.
According to media reports, Middleton, who is expecting her first child with Prince William, has been making frequent visits to a local shop in Bucklebury to satisfy her pregnancy craving for their hot vegetable curries and Haribo sweets.
The owners of Peach's Spar in Bucklebury in Berkshire- Chan Shingadia and wife Hash explained how Middleton, who already had a craving for their Haribo sweets, developed a liking for their spicy vegetable curry, to the Daily Mail.
"My wife was cooking. Kate said it smelled lovely," Shingadia, told the newspaper, while his wife added that, "She said she had a craving so I made her a big batch to take away with rice and flatbreads. She last popped in a couple of weeks ago."
Middleton's food interests have changed along with the pregnancy progress, except for her love for sweets. Sweets have been her favorite from the beginning of her pregnancy, according to Hollywood Life.
"She's got sugar on the brain," a source close to the Middleton, told Us Weekly in March. "Chocolates, biscuits, cake." And while she sneaks off to a nearby Starbucks for a cup of decaf coffee, she'll sometimes pick up a sweet treat!
Middleton is all set to give birth in St. Mary's Hospital in London, where Princess Diana had welcomed her sons William and Prince Harry. The royal baby is expected to arrive July 11.
