Kate Middleton Due Date: Royal Baby is Already a Billionaire, Whenever He/She Arrives

Kate Middleton and Prince William's baby is already a little billionaire. According to the Centre for Retail Research, British retail sales are expected to get a $376 million increase from the birthdate in July through August.

Helping out the British economy, Brits have reportedly spent an extra $94 million on alcohol and $121 million on souvenirs for the celebration. And it's also been reported that the unborn baby could inherit $1 billion pounds based on the wealth of his or her family members.

Queen Elizabeth II has a net worth of an estimated $660 million. Prince Charles and Prince Williams have a net worth of $370 and $20 million respectively, according to E! News.

Middleton is expected to deliver her baby any day now, and at the first sign of labor, she will be rushed to St. Mary's Hospital in London's Paddington district where she will welcome her newborn. A delivery package in the Lindo Wing requires a $8,600 deposit with rates running at $1,560 per 24 hours stayed over any scheduled time, according to E! News.

William is reportedly planning to take two weeks of paid paternity leave from his job as a Royal Air Force hero, and he has a helicopter ready to promptly get him to the hospital.

The queen's former OB/GYN, Dr. Marcus Setchell, will deliver the baby with assistance from the queen's current gynecologist, Dr. Alan Farthing. Middleton's mother, Carole Middleton, and sister, Pippa, will be in the delivery room as well.
