"Captain America: Civil War" will heartbreakingly rock the Marvel Universe and fans. This will be one death-filled installment, as far as rumors are concerned, with not one but five death scenes in its folds.
Earlier reports claimed that "Captain America: Civil War" will leave fans with the deaths of Captain America himself, Steve Rogers, and Peggy Carter. The catch for kibitzers in the multiple Avenger funeral scenes shot and completed by the studio is that only one of them is going to be the real death scene.
This is similar to the death scenes shot for Hawkeye and Quicksilver in Joss Whedon's "Avengers Age of Ultron." Hawkeye was just a red herring and, in the film, Aaron Taylor-Johnson's Quicksilver was the actual fatality.
That Hash Tag show reports that directors Joe and Anthony Russo, who shot to fame after directing "Captain America: The Winter Soldier," are looking to make the Marvel Universe a bit more uncomfortable. In a sense, they wanted to make heroes out of super heroes and real threats out of villains. This is why the death of either War Machine, Scarlet Witch or the Falcon will really count.
Which of these Avengers will make an epic exit? Screen Rant weighs in on who this is likely to be and why the other two will stay.
The timing is still too soon into The Falcon's career as an Avenger and may likely replace Captain America later on. Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch, on the other hand, may get the proverbial Reaper's scythe to push Paul Bettany's Vision to leave Earth and fulfil his destiny in the non-Earth realms of "Thor: Ragnarok."
Still, Scarlet Witch actually just be seriously wounded by survive to fulfil her destiny in the fight against Thanos. War Machine's expendability depends on Iron Man Robert Downey Jr staying put and if "Iron Man 4" is not happening. Bye-bye, Rhodey then.
That Hash Tag Show believes that Sam Wilson's Falcon will be safe but that War Machine's endangerment is a pretext to push the rift between Tony Stark and Captain American further.
Techno Buffalo reports that the Avenger's death will come when the characters team up against Baron Zemo. Be that as it may, the truth will certainly come out when "Captain America: Civil War" is released in theaters on May 16, 2016.
