The GoPro Hero 5 is finally launching on October 2016. It was reported that the unveiling of the high action camera was postponed because of few upgrades.
According to TechNewsToday, the makers of the said camera are taking a time to tweak a few upgrades to meet its premium quality standards. It is their approach to the rising demand of high action cameras today.
Sources say that the creators of the GoPro Hero 5 will focus on suitability. It is said to be lighter and smaller which would be a perfect fit into Karma drone. The Hero 5 will also have a waterproof housing feature that can be submerged into the water from 60 to a hundred meters below water surface level.
The camera is also said to be equipped with 8k video resolution resulting to a high definition video recording. It has also the ability to shoot up to 60 frames per second - much higher than the previous cameras with 30 framers per seconds (fps).
One of the things that people are excited about this new camera is that it is going to be the first Navy seal like camera which can be used in water, land, and air. With this majestic feature, consumers won't have the need to buy camera accessories and other waterproof gears to protect the gadget while doing water sport related activities.
Reports have also said that the creators will make a huge improvement in the lifespan of its battery. It will be equipped with a more powerful battery that can record up to two hours. If the delays of the launch are true because of its premium quality upgrades then the rumored price of $450 to $550 is beyond reasonable.
