In-N-Out Burger is without a doubt remains one of the most popular fast food restaurants, despite operating for how many years. In fact, on Wednesday, Jan.20, a packed of crowd patiently queued around the block outside of its Sydney branch. Some even began queuing at 4 a.m. just to have a taste of their famous burgers.
But what really makes this burger chain special? Why there are so many food lovers willing to wait in line on a street under the burning heat just to taste the chain's burgers? What are the things that remained a secret about this chain?

The bottom of each cup is printed with bible verses.
If you look at the bottom of their cups, you will see bible passages. The interesting tradition began in the 1980s when the company's president, Rich Snyder started it. Even after his death, his family continued the tradition.
The "secret ingredients" are simply irresistible.
Actually, there are no secret ingredients on their food! They just have a very appetizing burgers, completed with their special sauce. Even their "animal fries" was a "certified hit" as they have made it even better with extra, melted cheese.
They maintain the quality of simplicity.
Founded in 1948, the chain began with just three main items: hamburgers, cheeseburgers and fries. Since their humble beginning, the restaurant just remains simple and does not change any of their menu lists. Instead of making things complicated, the management focuses on making delectable menus.
They have their own university.
In-N-Out has its own university that teaches their managers on how to effectively handle staff and how to successfully run a store. The school also teaches the students to focus on quality.
They invented the drive- through.
Prior to its opening, In-N-Out was also the first store to introduce the speakerphone for such drive-throughs. Then in 1975, McDonald's also had its first drive-through.
