Jena Malone, best known for her role as Johanna Mason in the blockbuster hit, "The Hunger James," is expecting her first child with her musician boyfriend, Ethan DeLorenzo. She announced the exciting news on her Instagram account on Wednesday.
According to the NY Daily News, the actress shared a beautiful photo of herself soaking in the sunlight while lovingly holding onto her growing baby bump. The snap, which appears to be taken in the countryside, was taken by her "beautiful hearted baby daddy" who as reported by the Daily Mail, was a former member of singer Chris Brown's touring band.
The excited soon-to-be mom accompanied the touching photo with an equally touching caption. Part of the caption read, "It's with two feet firmly on the ground and a heart swelling in an ocean of love that I'd like to share the new shape I am becoming to hold the greatest dream of them all. #babybump #newparents." Of course, she made sure to give credit to her beau by letting everyone know that it was him, who captured the photo.
Jena has appeared in several movies including Zack Snyder's "Sucker Punch," Sean Penn's "Into the Wild" and Joe Wright's "Pride and Prejudice." However, she is best known for role in "The Hunger Games" in which she played District 7's female tribute. In the movie, she won her first ever Hunger Games by pretending she was a weak competitor even though she is actually a merciless killer.
Aside from her famous role in "The Hunger Games" franchise, she has landed a coveted role in the upcoming movie, "Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice," which is scheduled for release in March. Though her role in the movie is still being kept a secret, there are rumors that she might be playing the daughter of Commissioner James Gordon, Barbara Gordon. In addition, she has also just been cast, along with Keanu Reeves, in the forthcoming American-Danish horror movie, "The Neon Demon."
