'Divergent: Allegiant' Release Date, Cast & Update: Theo James, Shailene Woodley Say Third 'Divergent' Film Is "Fast, Fun, Radical"

"Divergent" fans were given a handsome treat when a live "Divergent: Allegiant" Q&A with Theo James (Four) and Shailene Woodley (Tris) was hosted on the @Divergent Twitter account. A new "Divergent: Allegiant" official trailer was released on the same day. Questions poured in using the hashtag #AskAllegiant.

Obviously, many are excited to know how different "Divergent: Allegiant" will be to "Divergent" and "Divergent: Insurgent." As Fashion & Style reported, Woodley described what it was like for them as they worked to see one book flow through two movies. "This one was filmed differently in the sense that we're still trying to grasp what the - because we put the book into two films," Woodley explained. "So, we're trying to decide where the story was, sort of, as we were going. So, in that way it was more fluent."

For the actors, the fun seems mainly to be on the physical rather than any other aspect of the film. "Divergent: Allegiant" finally takes the story outside the wall.

"My favorite scene from this movie would be [the] climbing the wall scene because it was very sweaty and hot," James described the actual journey to the other side of the wall. Woodley, who will also soon be seen in "Snowden," laughingly commented that sweat actually looks good onscreen.

If "Divergent" and "Divergent: Insurgent" seemed taxing to physical limits, "Divergent: Allegiant" sounds to be a whole new level all its own. "There's a lot of running in this movie. Theo is a fantastic runner , and I am a slow runner," Woodley shared.

Will it be a far cry from Theo James' next film "Backstabbing for Beginners?" Parent Herald previously reported that Theo James will be replacing "Hunger Games" actor Josh Hutcherson as the lead for the Danish-Canadian "Backstabbing for Beginners."

At one point of filming "Divergent: Allegiant," the location was on the exceptional side on heat and humidity. The "Backstabbing for Beginners" actor and "Snowden" actress described coping with the difficult conditions through swimming, power boarding and eating ice cream.

"What are three themes in the series that you think are very relevant to today's society and problems," another fan asked. Theo James responded that he believes courage, environmental degradation and the possibility of an apocalypse quite applicable to current times.

Woodley also got to speak about her kitchen preferences and her penchant for cooking. The actress said that she does love cooking most things but that she loves making soup.

One of the more serious questions that James and Woodley got asked touched on the main lesson that fans can take home from the "Divergent" series. James emphasized the importance of facing up to fears and Woodley supported this with the necessity of personal integrity.

Finally, what did Four and Tris find outside the wall? "Well, in the movie they finally got outside the wall, so they kind of discover a new world ... and an opressive regime beyond anything that they have imagined," James described.

Empire reported that this pretty much is the theme of the new "Divergent: Allegiant" trailer. Tris and Four rediscover an unexpected world beyond the wall.

James and Woodley responded to a fan question about how they would describe "Divergent: Allegiant." The duo responded together that this "Divergent" is quite fast-paced, a lot of fun to watch and "radical."

Divergent fans do not have too long to wait. "Divergent: Allegiant" will be released in theaters on March 18.
