‘Apple Watch 2’ Release Date, Announcements, And Updates: The New Smartwatch to Have A FaceTime Camera Feature? [VIDEO}

With the new smartwatch's delayed release comes the speculation of it having another major feature which is the FaceTime camera. This revision will make consumers more excited for its official release.

There hasn't been official statement yet from the company but it will make a great change to people who are watch enthusiasts, according to TechCrunch. Normally, people don't buy watches in a year unless the watch offers great features.

Ben Bajarin, an analyst of Creative Analyst said that the makers are still finding more features that are new to the market. Since Apple already offers various features in their gadgets, they must come up with something that is saleable and useful to the consumers.

"We are observing some interesting new patterns in Apple's supply chain that are making the waters more murky than before. As with the current edition of the Apple Watch, no one really saw that coming via supply chain so it is possible to not see it," Bajarin said. "However, the Apple supplier warnings of soft revenue ahead do seem to cause one's eyebrow to raise when thinking about a new product supposedly shipping in a few months."

The Apple Watch is basically an iPhone but wearable. It is mostly an extension of your phone but a lighter version. Sources also said that the upcoming second version of the Apple Watch will have a sufficient battery life.

"However, there's not going to be a sudden answer to the battery life question. Even the benefit of 14nm processors will be measured in hours not days. The best we can hope for is an always-on screen that lasts a whole day. A week or month of battery life is not on the horizon," Daniel Matte, lead researcher at Canalys said.

Sources said that it will be likely released in Spring 2016, Wearable reported. What do you think of the upcoming second version of Apple Watch? Comment down below.
