‘Kingdom Hearts 3’ Release Date, Cast, Plot & Update: Winnie the Pooh & Tigger Joining The Game? Tetsuya Nomura Reveals What Fans Should Expect

Several fans are now excited for the release of the much-anticipated "Kingdom Hearts 3" game. Despite the fact that Square Enix has been very good at keeping things under wraps, it did not stop avid gamers from expecting its release within the year.

However, new reports claimed that "Kingdom Hearts 3" will not be available until 2017. As a matter of fact, it was game director Tetsuya Nomura who confirmed the news during an interview with Games TM.

Aside from that, Tetsuya also revealed that fans should expect more in the upcoming "Kingdom Hearts 3" game, hinting that it would be way better than the "Kingdom Hearts 2." "There have been many bold additions to Kingdom Hearts III in combat and those are only possible because we have access to the better hardware but it hasn't necessarily been things I couldn't have done then. It's more that I learned from the experiments of the spin-offs," he said.

Tetsuya decided to keep mum when he was asked if there will be an additional character in the forthcoming "Kingdom Hearts" game. "It's a secret but by saying that we imply that maybe something's going on," he said. "We can't disclose anything but, maybe, something will happen there."

With these revelations, fans should really wait for the game as it is set to offer more than its older versions. The delay, however, could be because the new game features are so much for Square Enix to do that it would take another year before fans could enjoy and play "Kingdom Hearts 3."

Another news making rounds is the inclusion of Winnie the Pooh and Tigger in the forthcoming game. While some reports claim that the well-loved Disney characters are appearing in "Kingdom Hearts 3," there are also news from Kingdom Hearts Insider claiming that she will be joining Sora along with her best friend.

One proof to this is the statement of voice actor Jim Cummings who hinted that Pooh and Tigger are totally joining the upcoming title. He even divulged he was challenged to record the dialogue since he had to "paraphrase the original Japanese script," he said it was "fun" nevertheless.

Meanwhile, with regards to its release date, no one can confirm up to this writing. For now, fans have to wait for an official announcement from Square Enix.
