The baby of the bestselling book "What to Expect When You're Expecting" is going to be a mom.
One of the authors of the pregnancy guide, Heidi Mukoff announced her daughter Emma Bing expecting her first child with husband Russell Ali through her website What to Expect.com.
"I couldn't be more excited or prouder to welcome Emma aboard the mama ship," the proud grand-mother-to-be wrote after announcing the pregnancy on WhatToExpect.com.
The baby is due on Feb.18, on Bing's second wedding anniversary. During the announcement, Heidi also announced Bing joining her mother's blog in guiding and helping the expecting mothers to solve their pregnancy problems and also provide some fashion and pregnancy tips.
"I would say that Emma is following in my footsteps, but her footsteps are two-and-a-half sizes larger than mine; and even pregnant, she negotiates those footsteps in stilettos...something I could never do, even when I wasn't pregnant! So instead, Emma will be carving out her own," Kukoff said.
Bing, "The What to Expect Baby" also expressed her joy and excitement with her mom's fans.
"I could not be more excited...and scared. Which is why I am so honored to join all of you mamas and mamas-to-be in the What to Expect family," she said. "I feel like I am becoming a member of a really special sorority, but instead of frat parties, there's nausea, vomiting, gas, and heartburn... so in reality, it actually is kind of the same thing."
