Student Found Out That Her KitKat Has No Wafers; Demands Nestle For A Lifetime Supply Of Chocolates

20-year-old law student Saima Ahmad wasn't happy when she found out her newly bought KitKat has no wafers inside. Ahmad was so angry that she sent a letter of complaint to Nestle demanding a lifetime supply of chocolates.

According to Daily Mail, the law student from Enfield, north London said that she was misled by Nestle and ignored the duty of care to their consumers. "They go about advertising the unique concept of KitKat, but I'm so disappointed by what I have purchased," Ahmad said.

Ahmad claimed that she's a big fan of KitKat that's why she's affected about this. She said that Nestle has made a unique concept of combining a chocolate and wafer into one sweet treat. She also said that she did some research before sending the letter and found out that there have been several complaints about the missing wafers.

"They should definitely give in to me. I'm hoping my demand will go higher than the customer service platform," Ahmad said. "I'd like the CEO of Nestle to respond to my letter because it's an extremely important issue. I'm trying my luck - if you don't ask you don't get."

She said that if Nestle will grant her request because of her complaint, she will still love the chocolate bars because she's an avid fan of it. "They are my favourite chocolate bars, I love them," She said.

Sources said that in Ahmad's letter, she mentioned that "the failure to take due care in the manufacturing process resulted in a product being defective." She also said that if she wanted to have pure chocolate bars, she would have bought the Galaxy bars. She also said that she may have lost some faith in the company.

"I would, therefore, like to request a life-long supply of KitKat so that I can act as a means of quality control - it appears you need me more than I need you," Ahmad said.
