The Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati recently gave away $1 Million to the wrong person, a source told the ABC Action News.
The reports confirmed that the Horseshoe Casino in Cincinnati gave away a total of $3 million to club members for their lucky rewards
However, the wrong person, Kevin Lewis was given the $1 million reward. Lewis told reporters of WXYZ.com that he surprised and was elated when he heard his name called.
However, Lewis turned out to not be the right person. The Communication Director of Rock Game LLC, the mother company of Horseshoe told sources of the WZYZ.com that there were two men with the same name during the event and they were also both from Cincinnati.
Horseshoe Cincinnati Senior Vice President and General Manager Kevin Kline explained that the whole thing was a blunder on their part.
They explained that the mistake was only brought to their attention after the wrong Kevin Lewis's identity was already verified and declared the winner.
Kline further explained in a report on WXYZ.com that they are very much committed to their services for their clients and members that is why they decided to award each of the two Kevin Lewis's $1 Million each.
