Jennifer Lopez Beauty & Body Secret: Celebrity Trainer Tracy Anderson Reveals J.Lo’s Healthy Routine

Jennifer Lopez is one of the most sought-after actresses in the Hollywood industry, who is also adorned for her gorgeous looks and sexy body. The 46-year-old star looks ageless as she still has the move and groove that makes her glow, which is enviable by every woman.

Hence, the "American Idol" judge's celebrity trainer, Tracy Anderson, revealed her beauty and diet secret for all her lady fans. "I have her eating very clean because she needs really good fuel for all the things that she's doing," the 40-year-old trainer told People, as published by Latin Times.

"It's all organic and it's all very well thought out, with the balance of very high-quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food." She also told the mother-of-two to avoid "processed foods" as much as possible or just to take it in moderation.

"Everything is fresh, there's nothing processed - just [protein powder] in a shake if we do a protein shake one day," the fitness and wellness entrepreneur said. She also unveiled that the fashion designer is a very balanced person, who also loves to eat during Thanksgiving Day and holidays, especially when she's with her children.

"That's one of the reasons why the workout is important, and it's so consistent - so we don't do any kind of extreme dieting," she added. Meanwhile, J. Lo covered the Jan. 18 issue of US Weekly's magazine and the hitmaker further revealed her daily routine and intake, The Hollywood Life reported.

The dancer spilled that she just has 90-calorie diet for breakfast and drinks chocolate Body Lab Shake in the morning. "I do it with quinoa milk or water," she told the spread.

She, too, loves coffee, but it has to be decaffeinated. Her lunch is usually of salmon and vegetable salad, composed of broccoli, peppers and zucchini with vinaigrette on top.

"I'm rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreen. And I don't drink or smoke or have caffeine. That really wrecks your skin as you get older," she revealed. In the evening, J. Lo makes sure that she gets, at least, seven to eight hours sleep as she would feel crazy if she doesn't get it right.
