‘Guardians of the Galaxy 2’ News & Update: Chris Pratt Hints Filming On The Set

Chris Pratt hinted the filming of the second installment of "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" on his Instagram page on Wednesday. The 36-year-old star revealed a photo of the famous Star-Lord's Walkman and the Awesome Mixtape Vol. 2.

"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2. Is going to be the greatest spectacle film of all time," the actor captioned the snap. "This is not.... bear with me... using online thesaurus..... Hyperbole! This is not hyperbole!"

He looked evidently happy as he described how he happy he was to be back at the Marvel Studios film, according to Cinema Blend. However, he was not the only one who's excited to work with the sequel as the writer-director James Gunn also shared their reunion picture on Facebook on Monday.

"When someone's screwing up a scene during rehearsals I show them Dave Bautista (Batista) as an example of good acting," the 45-year-old producer wrote. The photograph featured the lead characters of the original "Guardians of the Galaxy" with Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Pratt as the Star-Lord, Dave Bautista, who is also known as Batista, as Drax and Sean Gunn, the person behind the role of the Rocket Raccoon.

However, two of the main casts, Bradley Cooper and Vin Diesel, who voiced the Rocket and Groot, were not onset. The two actors might just appear at the recording studio.

Meanwhile, Karen Gillan will also be back as Nebula and with the addition of Pom Klementieff as Mantis, E! Online reported. "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" is currently being shot at Atlanta, Georgia, where the husband of Anna Paris also did the sci-fi love story, the "Passengers," with Jennifer Lawrence.

Meanwhile, before the Prat film hit the theaters in 2017, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures and Marvel Studios will introduce the wide release of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with "Captain America: Civil War" on May 6, 2016 and "Doctor Strange" on Nov. 4, 2016.
