The cast and crew of "Fifty Shades Darker" movie will be back on set anytime soon, as the sequel to "Fifty Shades of Grey" is set to be released a year from now. While the upcoming installment to the movie adaptation of E.L. James' erotic book series has already made some casting announcements, will they soon announce who will be playing the role of Jack Hyde?
According to Movie Pilot, Jack Hyde is one of the characters in James' books, which will be the story's antagonist, especially in the final installment entitled, "Fifty Shades Freed." Hyde will first appear in "Fifty Shades Darker" as Anastasia Steele's (Dakota Johnson) creepy boss, who will be fired when Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) finds out about Hyde's malicious intentions towards Ana.
As it turns out, Hyde has some sort of history with Christian while they were still young. This will fuel Hyde's thirst to get revenge on Christian, which will ultimately become one of the main highlights in the "Fifty Shades Darker" sequel.
The publication then noted that nobody could enact such a dark role than "Dark Knight" actor Cillian Murphy. According to the outlet, Murphy "routinely excels at playing villains who may not be sympathetic but still retain a human edge."
Meanwhile, Inquisitr noted that rumors claim that "Fifty Shades Darker" stars Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan are feuding on set. While rumors previously linked the two in a romantic relationship, now reports claim that Dornan and Johnson are fighting over their popularity.
According to the outlet, Johnson has coveted major roles in different movies after appearing on the "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie franchise. Dornan, on the other hand, has not been cast in any other film apart from the erotic movie adaptation. However, this all remains nothing but pure speculation.
"Fifty Shades Darker" premieres in theatres on Feb. 10, 2017.
