"Divergent: Allegiant" will see the return of Theo James and Shailene Woodley as Tobias 'Four' Eaton and Beatrice 'Tris' Prior, respectively. Den of Geek listed some of the important details that fans should know about the upcoming "Insurgent" movie sequel.
In "The Divergent Series: Allegiant," Tris and Four will go beyond the walls of Chicago in an attempt to seek answers about themselves and the world they live in. New characters will also be introduced in the movie, especially with Tris and Four's discovery of the Bureau of Genetic Welfare.
While changes are expected when translating a book into a movie, "Divergent" author Veronica Roth addressed questions about changes in the last two installments, "Allegiant" and "Ascendant."
"What does this mean? Well, basically, it means there are going to be some changes, but it's really too early to know exactly what those changes will be or the extent of them," she said.
Fans have been hoping that Tris will make it out alive in the movies because her character was killed off in Roth's trilogy.
Meanwhile, Shailene Woodley and Theo James recently participated in an online Q&A with fans via "The Divergent Series" account on Twitter.
Woodley and James revealed that fans should expect to see a completely different world in the "Allegiant" movie and even shared their most memorable experience while filming the movie.
Woodley and James also described the upcoming movie as "Fast," "Fun," and "Hot." James, however, took the last description out and Woodley replaced it with "Radical."
"The Divergent Series: Allegiant" opens in theatres on Mar. 18, 2016.
