The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will most likely come on the market in September 2016. According to previous reports, the iPhone 7 could come with no headphone jack, edge-to-edge display, and a waterproof body. New reports suggest that the iPhone 7 Plus will feature a dual lens camera.
According to macworld.co.uk, Apple will launch its third Plus-branded iPhone in 2016, probably called the iPhone 7 Plus. The mobile device will come with a 5.5-inch screen and it will arrive alongside the 4.7-inch screen iPhone 7. It is even possible that Apple will launch later this year a new 4 inch iPhone.
The iPhone 7 Plus's will likely feature a touchscreen display with built-in Touch ID and wireless charging. Reports suggest that Apple is working on a special type of wireless charging. Users will be able to charge the new mobile devices without the need to place them on a charging mat. However, this feature is not expected to arrive on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus until later, in the year 2017.
According to pcadvisor.co.uk, rather than protruding as it is on iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, the camera in iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will be flush against the back of the phone. A second design change for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will be the removal of the antenna stripes on the back of the devices.
The iPhone 6s and 6s Plus featured 12Mp iSight camera. It's likely that iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will stick with a 12Mp camera as well. However, we expect some performance upgrade in terms of processor power. It is possible that the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will come with the new Apple A10 processor and M10 motion co-processor. Both versions of the next generation Apple iPhone will ship with iOS 10 installed that is expected to be unveiled by Apple in June 2016, at WWDC.
