Taylor Swift VS Kanye West News & Update: 'Bad Blood' Singer Responds to Rapper in her Grammy Acceptance Speech

Taylor Swift and Kanye West were once again a hot topic after the 38-year-old rapper claimed that he brought the "Bad Blood" singer to fame. And so, as the 26-year-old star received her Album of the Year Award at the 2016 Grammys, she made a sniped back at the hip-hop recording artist.

"I want to say to all the young women out there-there are going to be people along the way who are going to try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame," the songwriter said in her acceptance speech for her LP "1989" on Monday, Us Weekly reported.

"But if you just focus on the work and you don't let those people sidetrack you, someday when you get where you're going, you'll look around and you will know that it was you and the people who love you who put you there. And that will be the greatest feeling in the world."

The girlfriend of Calvin Harris was in the great mood when she accepted her trophy and proudly said that she's the first woman who received the said recognition twice in the row. However, it looked like her words were straightly pointed to the husband of Kim Kardashian.

According to BuzzFeed, this might be Swift's way to address the indecent lyrics of West, which talked about her, on his new album, "The Life of Pablo" In his song "Famous" the song went like, "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex, I made that b**** famous."

But, the father-of-two denied the claim and defended himself by saying that he didn't "diss" the "Blank Space" hitmaker and declared that Swift allowed her to use it. On the contrary, her representative said that he just told her to release her single on her Twitter page and she refused and warned him "about releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message," Billboard noted.
