'Scandal' Episode 5.11 News & Update: Will Susan Ross Run for Presidency? [Spoilers]

Fans were left at the edge of their seats after the latest episode of "Scandal" aired on February 11. Though it was revealed that the presidential race is getting tougher, it was still unclear as to whether Susan Ross will be joining the presidential race.

As for the next E5.11, Spoilers Guide dished out a few details as to what fans could expect. It was mentioned that Mellie asked Olivia for help in having "something" accomplished; their collaboration might turn out to be something worse than expected. In addition to Olivia and Millie's team up, the website also hinted that Susan Ross might eventually run for presidency as Liz continually convinced her to do so.

Following a quick recap on what happened on the 10th episode, it was shown that Olivia had dinner with Rowan. During the entire conversion, Rowan can't help but point out Olivia's accomplishments but she did her best to change the topic. No matter how hard Olivia shoved the White House off their dinner table conversation, Rowan kept on pointing out her role as the First Lady, which she then stated that it was Fritz's idea.

Aside from the dinner table conversation, fans were also treated with Olivia and Jake's steamy make out. It was clear that Olivia and Jake got back together. However, Olivia seem to hold something back as she no longer want to invest her feelings on him. Her life inside the White House maybe one of the reasons for her hesitations as it revealed that she was not able to fully move on yet.

Though the two did have the time of their lives, the love making however turned out to be one of the biggest deceits. By the time the episode was about to end, it was revealed that Jake was the new head of NSA and lied to Olivia about it the whole time.

The next episode entitled "Candidate" would premier on Feb. 18, 2016, 9 PM EST on ABC.
