After Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones, Hollywood star Clint Eastwood and wife Dina have reportedly ended their 17-year marriage.
Reporter and TV anchor Dina confirmed the news to US Weekly magazine saying that the couple remained close but had been living apart for some time.
"Clint fell out of love with Dina a long time ago," a source told the Weekly adding that the decision to separate was "amicable." It further reported that the couple got separated over a year ago.
Clint, 83, married Dina, 48, in 1996 and they have one daughter, 16-year-old Morgan. 'Million Dollar Baby' director also has other seven children, three being from previous marriage with Maggie Johnson and rest form other relationships.
After their wedding, Dina said "The fact that I am only the second woman he has married really touches me." And Clint said, "As far as I'm concerned, this is the woman I like monogamy with."
The handsome actor has been described as a "serial womanizer." According to biographers Marc Eliot and Patrick McGilligan, Eastwood had affairs with actresses Catherine Deneuve, Jill Banner, Jamie Rose, Inger Stevens, Jo Ann Harris, Jean Seberg, script analyst Megan Rose, James Brolin's former wife Jane, columnist Bridget Byrne and competitive swimmer Anita Lhoest.
The couple's daughter, Morgan, with mother and half-sister Francesca featured in the reality TV show Mrs Eastwood & Company, which aired in 2012 in the U.S. Eastwood has won five Oscars and been nominated six times. He was twice nominated for Best Actor and Best Director for the same film 'Unforgiven' and 'Million Dollar Baby.'
