Fans are now waiting for the fifth installment of "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" as the film director, Joachim Ronning, teased everyone on a snap shared on his Instagram page. The 43-year-old revealed that movie was already in post production stage as his followers started to ask him a number of questions.
There are swirling rumors that the 52-year-old actor's character as Captain Jack Sparrow will not be frequently seen in the movie. Instead, Javier Bardem, who played the role of, Captain Salazar will have the major role, according to Movie News Guide.
The 46-year-old Spanish actor is a ghost character, who will play as the villain of the legendary pirate to take revenge for his late brother. However, it has been known that the irreverent trickster of the Caribbean still plays the key role for the franchise.
Moreover, the official synopsis of the movie is already out and it goes: "Thrust into an all-new adventure, a down-on-his-luck Captain Jack Sparrow finds the winds of ill-fortune blowing even more strongly when deadly ghost pirates led by his old nemesis, the terrifying Captain Salazar (Bardem), escape from the Devil's Triangle, determined to kill every pirate at sea...including him," as obtained by Slash Film.
"Captain Jack's only hope of survival lies in seeking out the legendary Trident of Poseidon, a powerful artifact that bestows upon its possessor total control over the seas." Cinema Blend added other stars that will be featured in the upcoming sequel are "The Giver" actor Brenton Thwaites and "The Maze Runner" star Kaya Scodelario.
Also, Geoffrey Rush, Kevin McNally and Martin Klebba will be all back for another Caribbean adventure. And, the much-awaited return of Orlando Bloom is happening as he's going to reprise his role as Will Turner.
"Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" has a new release date of May 26, 2017, from the original July 7, 2017, according to Ronning.
