The Pokémon Company announced their latest discovery and the newest addition in the Mythical Pokémon with Magearna. In fact, the metallic bodied creature will be officially introduced in the 19th Pokémon film, "Volcanion and the Ingenious Magearna," which is set to be released later in 2016.
According to the official site of Pokémon, Magearna was created by humans 500 years ago, grouped as Artificial Pokémon with 3'03" in height and weights 177.5 lbs. Also, the page revealed the synopsis of the upcoming movie and wrote:
"In this latest cinematic adventure, Ash meets the Mythical Pokémon Volcanion when it crashes down from the sky, creating a cloud of dust -and a mysterious force binds the two of them together! Volcanion despises humans and tries to get away, but it's forced to drag Ash along as it continues its rescue mission. They arrive in a city of cogs and gears, where a corrupt minister has stolen the ultimate invention: the Artificial Pokémon Magearna."
According to the character's appearance, Magearna has seven "gear teeth" mounting with two huge rabbit-like ears. Its upper and lower body is similar to a Poké Ball while it has pointed arms and claw-like forearms, according to Latin Post.
Moreover, Crunchy Roll added the 30-second teaser showed the new legendary Pokémon named Volcanion, who is able to shot highly-heated steam from its two arms on its back. Kunihiko Yuyama, who is known for creating all the 18 previous anime series since 1998, once again directed "Pokémon the Movie XY & Z 2016" with the script written by Atsuhiro Tomioka, who's also behind "Inazuma Eleven," "Battle Spirits" and "Little Battlers Experience."
"Volcanion and the Ingenious Magearna" is set to be released on July 26 in Japan. Volcanion, on the other hand, is the legendary and the first water- and fire-type Pokémon.
However, Volcanion and Magearna will not be seen in any Pokémon game.
