The return of "Game of Thrones" in TV is highly anticipated by millions and millions of series watchers. "Game of Thrones", which will be running its 6th season very soon has been making buzz in the recent weeks and fans aren't complaining about it.
Although the sixth season will have most of the fans in the dark since the book where "Game of Thrones" is inspired from has not released its sixth installment yet, fans are unwavering and staying loyal to the long time running HBO series.
The last season of "Game of Thrones" had many in shock, especially on the last episode where one of the most important and pivotal characters, Jon Snow played by Kit Harrington, was stabbed and left for dead during "The Walls" fight against the white walkers. Fans were majorly devastated by this cliff hanger and for a long time were asking whether Jon Snow was to return for the sixth season of "Game of Thrones," it was only confirmed that he was when posters from HBO were published online.
Now, the question on every "Game of Thrones" fan is how will Jon Snow be resurrected, some have theorized that Melisandre (Carice Van Houten) will bring Jon Snow back but, in recent reports, the Dutch actress has denied this rumors. "It's funny that there's so much pressure on my character to bring him back because I don't think I've ever brought anyone back from the dead," the 39-year-old actress said.
Although Van Houten has confirmed that she will not be the one to bring Jon Snow from the dead in "Game of Throne" season six, she did reveal that her character in this year's season will play a major role. "I would say that this is my favorite season as far as my character goes because we left her in a not very good place. Everything sort of went wrong [in the season 5 finale]," she said.
"Game of Thrones" season six will premiere on Sunday, April 24.
