Carrie Fisher revealed the working title of "Star Wars Episode 8" on her social media page on Friday. The movie has an unofficial name "Space Bear," which followed the old tradition of space epic opera for giving strange titles while in production.
The 59-year-old star shared the snap on her Twitter page featuring a director's seat, her dog and a t-shirt that grabbed everyone's attention. The photo was captioned with a lot of emojis, which made it obvious that she's doesn't want to say a thing or just wanted to tease everyone.
To recall, "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" was once named as "Foodies" when it was just filming while "Star Wars: Return of the Jedi" was first titled with "Blue Harvest," according to Game Spot. Moreover, the official photography for "Episode 8" has already begun last week.
In fact, the news was unveiled via a short clip that saw director Rian Johnson on set with other stars, like Daisy Ridley and Mark Hamill. Also, it was recently announced that "Sicario's" Benicio Del Toro and "Jurassic Park's" Laura Dern were joining the cast.
Meawhile, Harrison Ford, who was known for playing as Han Solo, gave their fans a glimpse of the upcoming Star Wars-themed lands, which soon will rise at Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts. The said theme parks are set to be open later this year at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Orlando and Disneyland Park in Anaheim, Movie Web reported.
"Imagine stepping aboard the Millennium Falcon and actually piloting the fastest ship in the galaxy, banking left, right, firing the laser cannons, you're in complete control. Imagine finding yourself in the middle of a battle between the Resistance and the First Order in a race against time," the video narrator teased. "You've watched the saga, now enter these authentic locales with your every sense engaged. You're meeting droids and aliens, entering otherworldly street markets, actually tasting the local delicacies, and going upscale at the planet's best dinner club or for the truly adventurous, heading down to the local cantina."
