According to Joe Russo, cited by Den of Geek!, the directors are changing the Marvel Cinematic Universe's psychology to an extreme shift and the consequences of "Civil War" will have an even more significant impact than "The Winter Soldier." While "The Winter Soldier" was a political thriller genre, "Civil War" will be a psychological thriller.
At his turn, Anthony Russo declared that "Captain America: Civil War" will have a "very dramatic ending." According to the director, this could be controversial for the audiences. The director did not give more details about what this dramatic ending could be.
Meanwhile, the Empire magazine reveals that Marvel made a new addition to the cast of "Captain America: Civil War." According to the report, Gwyneth Paltrow's Pepper Potts will appear in the upcoming film.
The movie directors Joe and Anthony Russo revealed that Paltrow has been included in recent reshoots. She will have a small but key role in the movie. Before appearing in the first "Avengers" movie, Paltrow's Pepper Potts first appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2008, in "Iron Man." She further appeared in the two sequels of the "Iron Man". Her last apparition in MCU has been in "Iron Man 3" released in 2013.
