Passengers Emotionally Tortured Kid After Having Allergic Reaction To Pets

A mother's heart has been crushed and broken with how her fellow human beings reacted when her 7-year-old kid, Giovanni, has been debarked from the plane because of his allergic reaction to the dog on board. The family was aboard on an Allegiant Airlines Flight 171, Tuesday, Feb. 23, after returning home from a trip in Bellingham, Washington where they had a very memorable moment with their relatives when the incident happened.

"We are not angry that we were deplaned," Christina Fabian, Giovanni's mom, wrote her Facebook account. "What crushed us was that our 7-year-old boy looked at us with tear-filled eyes and said, 'I'm sorry that I put you through this. This is all my fault,'" she added.

Giovanni's allergic reaction started from just a simple itch, which eventually became worse. According to Giovanni's mom, few minutes later, her kid began scratching all over and the next thing was he's already getting hives. As reported by the Huffingtonpost, when they informed the plane's flight attendant she just answered, "Well, there's dogs on every flight," and smirked.

Delaying the flight's takeoff because of Giovanni's allergies, the family was asked to disembark from the plane. The parents agreed thinking it was for the betterment of everyone, especially for their son.

As the family packed up their bags, with Giovanni's terminally ill dad, other passengers started to laugh at Giovanni. And some of them even clapped, The Washington Post noted.

"I felt hopeless when everyone started laughing at me and my kid," said George Alvarado, Giovanni's dad. "He just kept saying, 'Sorry, sorry.' All of a sudden he just started crying," he added.

Meanwhile, the Allegiant Air has expressed its regret regarding the incident saying the company did everything it could to accommodate the family as best as possible. "We are deeply regretful," said Kim Schaefer, Allegiant Airline spokeswoman. "It's definitely a really sad situation."
