'Attack on Titans' Spoilers, News And Updates: Season Two Release May Be Delayed

Latest reports suggest that the anime series "Attack on Titans" will be released later than expected. The series is initially set to be released middle of the year, but since it's still two arcs short, it may be pushed back to the latter half of this year.

The delay may be due to insufficient material. The original plan was to start making the animated series when there's, at least, four arcs published in the manga version, reports from Christian Today. This was the primary plans of the manga creator Hajime Isamaya and anime director Tetsuro Araki according to Vine Report.

Christian Today further reports that the team has not confirmed yet when the rest of the manga will be available. While the manga version is constantly being updated, it's still slower to most of its fans.

However, this little wait will be all worth it for its fans. Christian Today reports that the "Attack on Titans" season two promises the plot to be well-made and will leave fans gripping for more. Earlier reports from Parent Herald suggest that the anime series will feature movie-style battles and more action scenes. More so, the anime series will follow its manga version as closely as possible. This could ultimately further delay the season 2 launching.

More so, Christian Today also added that "Attack on Titans" season 2 will focus on other characters that fans have come to love. For instance, Ymir is rumored to appear more in the coming season as she allegedly holds the key to the "ultimate conclusion." According to rumors, she knows how the flesh-eating Titans came about. More so, Eren's ability to change into a Titan will also be revealed in season 2.

However, if the rumors prove correct, the most anticipated event will be the revelation of the identities of Colossal Titan (Bertolt) and Armored Titan (Reiner Braun) according to Vine Report.
