American model Chrissy Teigen has got a lot of girls wondering about her secret diet. John Legend's wife has just recently shared some of the healthy food combinations she loves to eat in her cookbook called "Cravings: Recipes for All the Food You Want to Eat."
The book, which is sold on Amazon for $30 normal price and $17.85 on a discounted promo, has all the low-carb diets women need to have a body like Teigen. "Every single time I make this dish, I find myself burying my head in the fridge all night, scooping and scraping for every chicken bit possible with my bare hands," the model said in one part of her new cookbook.
Fox News said that one of the best recipes in her book is the chicken lettuce wraps. It claimed that the dish can be made in as fast as 45 minutes. It can serve six people.
The same report noted that those planning to make this recipe would need to prepare a sauce from chili sauce, Sriracha, sesame oil, rice vinegar and other ingredients. For the filling, one would need ground chicken, scallions, mushrooms, chestnuts and bell pepper.
Aside from this healthy meal, Shape said the model loves to munch on low-carb dishes and never skips breakfast. "I have to have breakfast and breakfast has to be eggs, whether in omelet form, hard-boiled, or over-easy," she shared.
Teigen also claimed that she like to eat avocado along with salt and pepper. Another favorite for the 30-year-old is tuna with mayo and mustard.
For her liquid intake, the expecting mother noted that she would always drink green juices. "[I love] the ones that include lots of actual greens and don't include too much apple," she noted. "Because those are just meant to be yummy and we all know things that are too yummy aren't the best for us unfortunately."
