Kate Middleton Is Causing Division Between Prince Charles and Prince William Over Parenting Skills

Kate Middleton has been making rounds on the cyber world once again and this time it is about her causing division between Prince Charles and Prince William over parenting. Reports on this issue started to become a buzz on the Internet on Tuesday.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry (CDL), it all started when an interview headed by Ant and Dec for a documentary about the 40th Anniversary of the Prince's Trust came out revealing that Prince William is not exactly close to his dad, Prince Charles, since he said that the latter is not into using modern technology. Many have assumed since then that the two are not regularly communicating with each other through their phones.

When Prince William was asked about how he would describe his father, he answered it with, "He's got an insurmountable amount of duty in him, he's incredibly driven to do his duty and from a very young age that's been instilled into him." Based on that statement, many began to believe that their relationship as father and son could be considered as cold and distant, as described by the publication.

Not being close to his kids is something that Prince William doesn't want to happen with his own family. But it is a good thing that he met Kate's parents and reports are saying that he is closer to his father-in-law, Michael Middleton, that he even addresses him as "dad." The fear of not being able to be close to his children is there and it might have something to do with the death of his mother, Princess Diana, and ending up growing in a broken family.

This whole parenting issue of Prince Charles with Prince William even became huge when an insider from the Daily Mail reported (as cited by CDL) that the Duchess of Cambridge said, "William does not want to be an absent father because he knew what it was like growing up with one." Reps of the royal family has yet to make any comment about this issue.
