A new game by Omega Studios is reportedly about to launch inspired by the popular anime series "Attack on Titan". The new game is reportedly better than the previous game "Attack on Titan for 3Ds".
Fans may look forward to another game inspired by the manga series while waiting for the premiere of the "Attack on Titan" season two. The new video game developed by Omega Studios looks promising, according to Gamerant.
Omega Studios is also the developer of the popular game "Dynasty Warriors." The new game will feature most of season's one setting and events, seeing hundreds of giant titans that gamers can slay.
"Attack on Titan" is an on-going manga series that was adapted into an anime series in 2013. The story follows the story or Eren Jaeger who fights off monstrous creatures called titans together with his friends.
As previously reported by Parent Herald, the anime series won't be back until later this year as the manga series is still in the early stages of production. Just like "Dynasty Warriors", the new "Attack on Titan" game will feature massive scale maps with the same UI and mission structure while retaining its own uniqueness.
Players must be alert and accurate in their movements so they can easily kill their titan enemies without sacrificing fuel. They may use three-dimensional movement gear to fly over enemies if they don't want to end up being eaten by the titans.
While the popular movement gear of "Attack on Titan" appears difficult to master, players must remember to hit the titans on their weak points at the back of the neck. Players may also deliver a clean blow from behind, focusing on the titans' legs and arms to avoid attacks from the enemies. This strategy will give players time as well to collect materials.
The new "Attack on Titan" game will have 20 missions based on the anime series, with 66 side missions to finish. Players can choose between 10 unique characters that include Eren, Mikasa, Armin and Levi.
The game should be released this year and it will be available on PS3, PS4 and PS Vita platforms. Take a look at the trailer for the "Attack on Titan" game:
