Rob Cesterino of 'Survivor' and wife Nicole welcomed a baby boy Sunday.
The couple named the baby Dominic James. "Nicole and I couldn't be more happy with our perfect baby boy," he told People magazine. "Finally seeing him for the first time was such an amazing moment and we'll both treasure it forever. Nicole and Dominic are both happy and healthy and doing great," he added.
The baby was born at 5 p.m. and weighed 8 lbs. According to the People magazine, Nicole underwent 23 hours of labour.
Rob rose to fame after his appearance on the show 'Survivor: The Amazon,' in 2003. But he was placed third in the finals. He reappeared on the show 'Survivor: All Stars' in 2004 but was voted out in the fourth episode.
He also manages his own website 'Rob Has A Website,' that is dedicated to his popular podcast series 'Rob Has A Podcast.' He co-hosts the show with wife Nicole.
The podcast usually covers popular culture and TV shows like 'Survivor,' 'Big Brother,' 'Lost,' 'Jersey Shore' and 'The Celebrity Apprentice.'
In 2010, 'Rob Has A Podcast' was nominated for Podcast Award in the entertainment category, but lost out to 'The Fringe Podcast.' It was nominated again in the Entertainment category in 2011 but then lost out to 'The Morning Stream.'
Finally on January 7, 2013, 'Rob Has A Podcast' was awarded as best entertainment podcast for 2012.
