The launch of Capcom's "Street Fighter 5" was a success but, during the review of the game, many of the gamers and fans of "Street Fighter" series were left disappointed by how "Street Fighter 5" came out due to the game feeling like it was unfinished. However, Capcom promises to rectify all the shortcomings of "Street Fighter 5" by announcing some updates that are coming in a few months.
One of the updates for "Street Fighter 5" is a full story mode, which fans have pointed out in the un-updated version as something they want to have. According to Capcom, they will release the update sometime on March. Fans are happy to hear that the update will for "Street Fighter 5" will come but it seems like the time frame is quiet far and now rumors have it that the update may come sooner than what was speculated before.
Rumors have been going around the internet that "Street Fighter 5" is no longer in the hands of Capcom but it is already in the hands of mega technology company, Sony. This is because Sony is testing "Street Fighter 5" PS4. "The patch isn't in Capcom's hands anymore from what I understand. It's currently being quality tested by Sony for the PS4 (and PS4 and PC patches need to come out simultaneously as otherwise crossplay would mess up)," two players speculated.
If there is truth to the "Street Fighter 5" updates coming early, then fans should be extremely happy about this move, but if it is not so then they will have to play the waiting game a little longer. Also there was a tweet from one of Capcom's developer about "Street Fighter 5" character, Alex coming soon to the game and fans are heavily speculating that soon after the release of the DLC, which is Alex, the update will also follow.
"Street Fighter 5" is available now on PS4 and PC.
