After over two years, the sequel "Frozen 2" is in the works and much is expected from it. New reports suggest that a major twist is on the way.
There is no doubt that "Frozen" was a success. In fact, most, if not all children were hooked with the film. Elsa, Anna, Olaf, and, of course, the "Let it Go" soundtrack was a huge hit.
"Frozen" features a sisterly love, but new speculations revealed that Elsa and Anna are not sisters by blood. There are rumors that Rapunzel is Elsa's twin sister. The two are fraternal twins, not identical, hence the differences in their looks.
For those wondering how Rapunzel was dragged into the "Frozen" world, there was a one-second scene where the longhaired Disney princess was featured in the film when Elsa announced to open the doors to the public, per Inquisitr.
Moreover, The Film Theorist compared the two characters and spotted several similarities for the two princesses. Both are left-handed and per Mommy Nearest, 22 percent of twins are left-handed.
Aside from this, the two princesses have blonde hair, and their parents are unlikely to produce one. According to the story in Tangle, Rapunzel has blonde hair from the magic her mom absorbs after drinking a bright magical flower. This may also explain why Elsa is blonde.
Moreover, only the two princesses in the Disney world have powers. Elsa with ice and Rapunzel with his hair.
Do they have the same parent? Per the report, maybe. If you don't notice, both Elsa and Rapunzel's mom are left-handed. Are they one and the same? Maybe. Interestingly, the king in "Frozen" is not identified by name.
Inquisitr reported that per Jennifer Lee, "Frozen 2" screenwriter and director, Anna and Elsa's parents were on the way to Rapunzel's wedding. Isn't this interesting enough to see the link between "Frozen" and "Tangle?"
There is no official release date for "Frozen 2" at the time. However, rumors suggest that it is slated for a 2018 release.
