Skin problems can make you lose your self-confidence. One example is body warts. Warts are in the form of a solid small blister that usually occurs on hands and feet. Common causes of warts is a viral infection of a specific type of human papillomavirus.
There are many types of HPV but the most common are warts that usually occur on hands and plantar warts that show rough solid lumps on the sole of the feet. Most of the time, warts will just go away on its own but usually stays for a longer period of time.
There are several natural ways on how to treat and get rid of this disgusting warts:
1. The very first thing you should do is boost your immune system. As mentioned, warts are caused by viral infection. Keeping your immune system to its healthiest level make your skin healthy and free from skin problems.
2. Make a garlic paste and apply it generously on top of the affected area and cover with bandage. This will kill the wart and the skin will slowly heal. Apply it 3-4 times a day. (To make a garlic paste, crush garlic and add water.)
3. Vitamin C paste. Just like garlic, you can crush a vitamin C tablet and add a small amount of water to make a paste. Apply it on top of the wart and this will remove the wart eventually.
4. Papaya sap application. According to Reader's Digest Best Health, papaya sap has an enzyme that will digest the dead tissues. This will work on the wart by applying the sap mixture directly.
Make a small cut in the skin of the papaya fruit. Collect a few drops and mix with a small amount of water. Apply it every night until the wart goes away.
5. Child urine-wart treatment. Urine is an old natural way to cure plantar warts. The uric acid in the urine is a bacteria killing agent. Dip a cotton ball in the urine and place it over the wart. Use a duct tape to hold it on and leave it overnight. Do this every night until the wart is gone.
There is no need to spend your money for those expensive over-the-counter topical treatments if you can cure warts in such easy and natural ways with the same effectiveness.
