The battle between superheroes is the current trend in the upcoming defender movies like "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" and "Captain America: Civil War." The upcoming Marvel movie alone teased everyone with its epic fight scene that will be the biggest war in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, up to date, among the Avengers.
In fact, "Captain America: Civil War" directors, Anthony and Joe Russo, revealed that the film's greatest highlight is the 15-minute action that features a lot of main characters, including Ironman and Captain America themselves, according to Screen Rant.
Also, the filmmakers disclosed that the whole 15-minute run in "Captain America: Civil War" was specially made in IMAX/ARRI 2D digital camera. This device was in high definition, which was a new state-of-the-art technology that offered the combined modified digital version of "ARRI's new large format Alexa 65."
"This whole sequence is in IMAX, it's about a 15-minute sequence. It's the only one that we're doing on the camera. The camera literally just rolled off the press like a week before we started using it," Joe Russo said about operating "Captain America: Civil War" in IMAX. "It's an IMAX 65, so it's the ARRI's 65. It's a join camera between ARRI's and IMAX. We're going to shoot all of Infinity War on those cameras."
Meanwhile, aside from the 15-minute battle, fans are also set to enjoy "Captain America: Civil War" longer as it will be the most lengthy movie of Marvel Cinematic Universe so far. The Captain America and Ironman film will run for about two hours and 26 minutes, which made it 10 minutes longer compared to "The Winter Soldier" and three minutes lengthier than "The Avengers," Games Radar reported.
"Captain America: Civil War" features Chris Evans, Robert Downey, Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Chadwick Boseman, Tom Holland, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan and directed by Joe Russo and Anthony Russo. The film was set to be released on Apr. 29 in the U.K. and on May 6 in the U.S.
