Adam Levine is reportedly leaving "The Voice" to get serious on starting a family with his Victoria's Secret model, Behati Prinsloo, his wife of two years. Reports of the couple wanting to have a baby these days started to circulate on March 9. Apparently, the Maroon 5 front man is already tired of the show.
Hollywood Life cited the source from Life & Style saying that Levine has had enough with "The Voice" and that he finally decided to leave the show just so he could finally start a family with his wife. He has been a coach of "The Voice" for half a decade now and the word on the street is that this is his final season to sit on that famous red chair.
In an article published by The Inquisitr, they said that starting a family was not the only concern Levine has for leaving, but his length of stay in the show as well. He thinks that staying that long in a reality TV show like that may not be good for his career once its ratings start to decline.
The publication said that the "Sugar" singer didn't want to have anything to do should "The Voice" starts to lose its viewers. Levine has won the show three times and just last season, he became the proud coach of the show's winner Jordan Smith.
He and colleague Blake Shelton are the ones who have always been a consistent cast of this NBC reality singing TV show and both of them has a huge number of followers on social media. If Levine would really leave the show, then the network could also expect a huge number of its viewers to stop watching.
Meanwhile, his wife also opened up about wanting to have a big family since she is an only child. In her interview with "The Lowdown with Diana Madison," as cited by Just Jared, the now Mrs. Levine said, "I've always wanted a family since I was a little girl, a big family... I'm an only child so I wanted like 10 kids... for sure."
