Mariah Carey is being called out by his brother for turning her back on family. The Grammy-winning singer has allegedly not helped her siblings in their time of need and has abandoned a dying sister. Her brother calls her an "evil witch."
Morgan Carey, 51, dished that her 45-year-old superstar sibling has been behaving like a diva and have not helped pay for their eldest sister Alison's hospital bills, who is HIV positive. "She probably spends more on dog food than it would cost to make sure her sister gets properly cared for," said Morgan, per The Sun.
Alison used to be a prostitute and she suffered an accident in Hawaii, thus she was hospitalized. The elder sibling eventually recovered without Mariah's help, but now she requires more hospitalization for brain and spine surgery.
Mariah, who is worth over $500 million and who is engaged to Australian billionaire James Packer, hasn't been responding to the siblings trying to reach out to her. "Your sister is dying and she's struggling and where are you? You think you are so fabulous, but you are a witch," Morgan said. However, Morgan admitted she has not properly talked to Mariah for more than two years, while Alison and Mariah had a falling out as far back as 1994, per Daily Mail.
Last year, Morgan also told the media Mariah is endangering herself because of her addiction to prescription drugs and drinking problem. ""She does not have a support system, and she is not mentally capable," Morgan said in a previous Parent Herald report.
Morgan also criticized Mariah's upcoming marriage to her fiance. "I don't even think Mariah is in love with James, she's only in love with herself," he said, per Metro. Mariah and James met in 2014 and hit it off immediately. "They have a connection that is unparalleled; it's been a very beautiful experience for them both. If you spend even five minutes with them, you can't help but believe in true love," a source said, per E! Online. The couple have both been married twice before, and they also have children from these previous marriages.
