According to Mark Osborne’s Twitter post, “The Little Prince” won’t be released under Paramount Pictures when it hits cinemas in the future. However, according to IGN, the film’s official website still carries the Paramount's logo. Despite the film being postponed in the United States, "The Little Prince" will still be released in Canada this weekend.
"The Little Prince" is a CG and stop-motion film based on a literary classic. It features the voices of Jeff Bridges, Rachel McAdams, Paul Rudd, Marion Cotillard, James Franco and Benicio Del Toro.
The film adaptation of "Little Prince" has been awarded the best animated film at France's Cesar Award. Also, it has received raving reviews during the 2015 Cannes Film Festival while Variety described it as “respectful, lovingly re-imagined” interpretation of the classic story.
