An El Paso, Texas, woman remains in the hospital after being stabbed by an intruder who injured her and her unborn baby while her solider husband watched from south-west Asia via FaceTime. The new mom has delivered a healthy baby girl but remains in the hospital, according to reports.
Rachel Poole, 31, gave birth to her daughter, Isabella, at University Medical Center in El Paso, Texas, following a successful cesarean section. The baby is listed in good condition. Poole was attacked by a 19-year-old man who owed her money after crashing into her car. The intruder, Corey Moss, went to Poole's home but found she was not there. He broke in and hid, waiting for her to return.
Moss allegedly told investigators that the victim owed him money for vehicle repairs. He was charged with criminal attempted capital murder. His bond was originally set at $60,000, but current jail records now show his bond set at $150,000.
