Charlie Sheen's Son Show's 'Injuries' to His Head

Photos of Charlie Sheen's 4-year-old son show 'injuries' to his head which Sheen alleges Bob sustained while in the care of his mother Brooker Mueller.

The former "Two and a Half Men" star, 48, spoke again to TMZ despite a reported gag order issued in May banning the actor from commenting on his case

The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) removed the boys from Mueller's house after concerns that her escalating drug addiction was putting them in danger.

Sheen told TMZ that he believes his 4-year-old Bob and Max have been "grievously damaged" by their mother and that the L.A. DCFS is "blindly protecting" his ex-wife. Click here to see the photos.

"I am beyond their timid lying morality; therefore I am beyond caring," Sheen said, referring to the government office.

"These crimes against my children will be exposed."

Denise Richards, Sheen's other ex-wife, has had temporary custody of Mueller and Sheen's four-year-old twins, Bob and Max, since May.

At the time, Richards, who has two daughters with Sheen, welcomed the decision, saying:

"They're our family and they're Sam and Lola's brothers, and I can't imagine growing up without my sister, so anytime she needs help, I'm there for the boys," Richards, 42, told Access Hollywood at the time.

"[Sam and Lola] are the best big sisters to [the boys] and they love them. I know it doesn't seem normal, but it is our normal. They're little kids and I love children, and like I said, it's our daughter's brothers, so I can't say no."
